1.0 - What is Lozdodge?
Lozdodge is a unique proxy bypassing tool that enables you to host your own 'personal proxy avoidance website' from your home computer...
1.1 - How does it work?
Lozdodge tricks web-filtering software into thinking that every website that you access is not banned. Lozdodge does this by relaying all of your webpage requests via your home PC...
This may look / sound complicated, but Lozdodge is very easy to setup thanks to its step-by-step wizards and easy-to-use interface. Within about 10 minutes from now you could have your very own proxy avoidance website running off of your home PC.
1.2 - Does it cost anything?
Lozdodge is completely free to download and install. You cannot distribute Lozdodge for financial gain, but you are allowed to charge people for using it if it's installed on your server / home PC. If you like the software and you want to make a donation, then please visit our donations page.
1.3 - Who made it?
Lozdodge was designed, developed and tested by LozWare. A special thanks also goes to Thushan Fernando for the top-level error handling technique.
2.0 - Installation & Usage
• Step 1) Download and install Lozdodge to an uncensored PC (like your home PC, for example). Lozdodge will then automatically host a proxy avoidance website from the PC that it has been installed onto.
• Step 2) Go to the 'Start Menu' and open up your Lozdodge control panel. You will be presented with your computer's IP address... write this down onto a piece of paper.
• Step 3) Login to a restricted PC and open up a web browser, then enter the IP address into the address bar. After hitting 'enter' you will be connected to your proxy avoidance website (the one that is running off of your home PC).
• Step 4) Surf the web restriction-free!
2.1 - Setting up your router
If you are using a router to access the internet then you will need to setup either 'port forwarding' or configure your PC to be the 'DMZ server' for your network. Both of these settings must be configured on the router. If you dont configure your router correctly then you wont be able to connect to your Lozdodge server from other computers via the internet.
If you are going to setup port forwarding then you can find the two port numbers that need to be forwarded from the Port Configuration window in the Lozdodge control panel (Start > Programs > Lozdodge > Control Panel).
When you are configuring your router you will be asked for the 'server IP address'. When your router asks you for this you must simply input the 'internal address' that is located on the Lozdodge control panel.
To configure your router, you will need to connect to it via a web browser. For more information on how to do this, read the next section (2.2 How do I connect to my router?) To find out more about how to setup port forwarding on your router, or how to setup your computer as a DMZ server, then refer to the user manual for your router (or visit the vendor's website). 2.2 - How do I connect to my router?
To configure your router you will need to connect to it via a web browser. To find out what your router's IP address is, simply follow these steps:
• Step 1) Click Start > Run, then type 'cmd.exe' and click Okay. You should then be presented with a black & white console window.
• Step 2) Type IPCONFIG into this console and press enter...

• Step 3) Open up a web browser and enter the 'Default Gateway' IP address into the address bar...

• Step 4) Login and setup 'port forwarding' / 'virtual server routing' (as explained in section 2.1). You may require a password to login to your router. If you dont remember choosing a password, then refer to your router's manual... the chances are that your router is still using the default password.
